intowngroup was established to create livable, sustainable and impactful projects to be located in the urbanized areas of Florida and the southeastern United States. After experiencing and understanding the long and short term benefits of urban development on a community, its residents and tenants of urban projects, intowngroup set out to implement the lessons learned from other vibrant and energetic urbanized neighborhoods and downtown areas. We believe that creating these positive and stimulating environments inspires greater use of existing infrastructure, reduced consumption of suburban land, increased quality of life, and more interaction between neighbors.
